Charles is from San Antonio, TX and is a graduate of Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication with a concentration in organizational communication. Charles joined New York Life in December of 2005 and triggered his agent contract on February 2, 2006 (On Ground Hog Day). Charles stepped into the ranks of management with New York Life in May of 2008 and has remained in management ever since. He has earned numerous accolades as an agent and as a leader within the New York Life system and has held varying leadership roles within the company. Through his work at New York Life, his desire is to make a difference, make an impact within the community and guide and mentor the agents he is serving. Charles has been married to his wife Sonia for 20 amazing years, they have two sons together that they are extremely proud of and have an English Bulldog named Mr. Rumpus. Their oldest son is Vin, who is currently embarking on his college journey, and their youngest son is Von, who will be completing his high school career soon. Charles and his family enjoy traveling, the outdoors, attending sporting events together and hanging out with each other for a good movie or for a few laughs together.

Mark started with New York Life in 2012 as an agent out of the Inland Empire General Office in southern California. After three years as an agent, his Managing Partner and retiring Agency Standards Manager asked if he would be interested in joining the Agency Standards team. Mark was the Agency Standards Manager in Minnesota from March 2016 to October 2019 when he took his current role covering the Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Shreveport General Offices. Mark and his wife Kristi have been married for 17 years and have five children: Ashley, Tyler, Olivia, Hannah, and Beau. In his free time, Mark enjoys riding and training his Quarter Horses with his family.
